The Dr. Loosen estate has been family-owned for more than two centuries and has been led by Ernst Loosen since 1988. Riesling and the slate sites of the Middle Mosel define its regional identity. Sekt forms part of that same exploration of the grape.
The producer uses traditional bottle fermentation and maturation on the lees, combining Riesling freshness with fine bubbles. This Brut works particularly well before a meal and with seafood. It offers a distinctive alternative when you would like to explore beyond cava or Champagne.
